The result is a very aromatic, full-bodied coffee with an intense flavor and fine acidity. A sweet, chocolatey cup with persistent cream.

500 gr. whole coffee bean 100% Arabica

Caffeine: 1.2% approx.

Organoleptic properties:

Full, rounded body. Complex, with full-bodied aromas.

Primary top notes of dry fruits, hazelnuts.

Secondary spicy notes of vanilla and bread-like fragrances.

Sweet and intense mouthfeel, which progressively turns to medium acidity.

Thick creamy taste. Persistent aftertaste.
